Project

I contributed to the navigation and interface review of a work and team management web application that was already in development.

Mapping

I broke down and documented the existing application to guide adjustments and the creation of new navigation flows.

Design System

I analyzed how data was presented at each stage of navigation. Based on these observations and interface research, I developed the foundation of the design system.

Color palettes and typography variations.

Components

I created a component library to apply the design system consistently when creating and maintaining screens.

Side menu and search popup components.

Prototyping

With the components in place, I created high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder review and alignment with the development team.

Prototypes in dark and light versions.

Tools

I used FigJam to document flows and Figma to create prototypes, alongside Bootstrap component and icon libraries. Tasks were tracked in Jira.
