Generate Spotify's wrapped-like images of your Last.fm library
Project
I created an application that generates images from a Last.fm account’s listening history.
Branding and Design
I designed the logo as a play on the word “top” and used the available system sans-serif font. I adapted a Processing sketch for the animated background, paired with transparency and blur in the interface.
Web App
I implemented the application as a Nuxt page that queries the Last.fm API for the user’s top artists, tracks and albums. These data form the generated image, whose background gradient is extracted from the most-played album’s artwork.
Desktop and mobile versions.
